The summary at the top of a record is written from everything underneath it: the notes, the emails you logged, the documents, the deal history. It updates as the record grows and it cites where each point came from.

The On-Task Agent

Overdue, due today, and coming up, gathered from every deal and project you own. The agent drafts tasks from what you wrote, reads due dates out of the thread, and the morning digest reaches your inbox before your standup.

Context that reads the paperwork
Upload the contract, and the project knows what was signed
Drop the countersigned agreement on a project and the Context Agent reads it into the project's working memory. It drafts the tasks the document implies, corrects dates that moved between draft and signature, and flags work that appears nowhere in the signed scope.

Bring what you already use
An existing agreement becomes editable contract blocks
Upload the MSA you already send and the Proposal Agent rebuilds it as Storm blocks: cover, scope, pricing with the figures intact, terms, signature. From there it is a living document you can send, track, sign, and countersign.

The Research Agent
Records that fill themselves in, with your approval
Add a company and the Research Agent proposes the basics from the open web. Add a contact to that account and it does the same for them, already linked to the right organization. Suggestions are marked as suggestions until you accept them.

The Bolt Graph
Context that compounds across the whole relationship
Every relationship in Storm builds its own graph of context points, called Bolts. A Bolt can be one line or a whole document: a preference somebody mentioned, a pricing decision, the countersigned MSA. The graph grows as an introduction becomes an opportunity, the opportunity becomes an agreement, the agreement becomes delivered projects, and the projects become an active customer, so the context is already there at every next step.
Sandboxed to the relationship
Each graph serves its own relationship. What Vantage Freight told you stays in the Vantage Freight graph, and an agent working another account cannot read it.
Lessons your team keeps
When a project wraps, the retrospective proposes lessons. The ones you keep join your workspace playbook and brief the next project, while what a client told you stays anchored to that client.

Your context belongs to your company
Context is customer data and it is treated like customer data: isolated to your workspace at the database layer, invisible to other tenants, and out of reach of casual inspection by anybody, including us.
- Every workspace is isolated at the database layer, enforced by the database itself rather than by application code remembering to check
- The people who operate Storm OS have no everyday path into your account data, and that includes your context. Support access happens one way: you hand it over, and you end it
- Your own LLM key is sealed when you save it: encrypted, write-only, and never shown again, even to you
