- What happens when my team grows past 5 users?
- Additional users are $5 a month on the monthly plan, or $4 a month paid yearly, added in the app whenever you need them, never negotiated on a call. The 5 included users cover most founding teams for a long while.
- Does the price jump at renewal?
- No. The published price is the real price, and we would rather earn the renewal than engineer it. There is no discounted first year that becomes an expensive second one.
- Which features are on which plan?
- All of them, on the one plan. Monthly and yearly differ only in what you pay, so the choice is purely about the math above.
- What if I want to leave?
- Every view exports to CSV, and admin includes a complete workspace export covering every record, note, and file reference. Your data leaves with you, in one click, without a support ticket.
- Is there a free trial?
