Pricing FAQ
- What happens when my team grows past 5 users?
- Additional users are $5 a month on the monthly plan, or $4 a month paid yearly, and you add them in the app whenever you need them, without a sales call. The 5 included users cover most founding teams for a long while.
- Does the price jump at renewal?
- Not in your first year. Join while Storm OS is in early access and the price you sign up at holds for at least a full year, with every module included. After that we may raise it only if our operating costs rise, by no more than 20% per module in any year, and we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies at your next renewal. Longer discounts are available case by case.
- Which features are on which plan?
- All of them come with the one plan. Monthly and yearly differ only in what you pay, so the choice is purely about the math above. The early access offerings, Storm Project, Storm Finance, and Storm Marketing, come with both terms.
- What are AI credits?
- They are how the assistant’s work on our accounts is counted. Every workspace gets 12,000 a month, shared by the whole team, plus 2,000 for each extra user you pay for, and they renew on your billing date. A summary uses about 1, a question to the assistant about 2, and researching a contact about 360. Anything you run on your own Anthropic key uses none, apart from research’s lookups with the data providers.
- What happens after the included year?
- Storm Project, Storm Finance, and Storm Marketing go back to being separately priced offerings. We have not set those prices yet. Here is what we will do: any change to your Storm OS plan price is limited to 20% per module in a year, we will tell you in writing well before your year is up, and nothing is added to your bill unless you say yes to it. If you decide a module is not for you, what you put in it exports with everything else.
- What does beta mean for Storm Finance and Storm Marketing?
- It means they are real and they are already in your workspace, covered by the same permissions, backups, and export as everything else, so your data there is as safe as anywhere in the product. What beta buys you is that we are still shaping them around what people actually do with them, so screens will move and new pieces will land faster there than in the rest of the product. If something is missing, tell us, because right now that is exactly what decides what gets built next.
- What if I want to leave?
- Every view exports to CSV, and admin includes a complete workspace export covering every record, note, and file reference. You can run the export yourself in one click, and your data goes with you.
- Is there a free trial?
- Every new workspace starts a 30-day trial with the 5 included licenses, and you can add more licenses at signup if you need them. You do not need a credit card to start, and checkout runs on Stripe when the trial ends.
