Storm ProjectBeta

The work that follows the win, on the record it came from

A closed deal becomes a project that already knows the account, the people and what was promised. You get boards, lists and calendars for the work, and a brief that reads your own contracts and transcripts so it stays current without anybody maintaining it.

A separate offering, in beta, included with your plan for a year.

Projects

Client work and internal work, side by side and clearly labeled

Client work hangs off the account it belongs to, so the project, the deal and the invoice all read as one relationship. Internal work gets its own label, and the wall of projects shows progress and health for all of it at a glance.

  • Kick off straight from a won deal, carrying the account and the stakeholders
  • Progress counted from the tasks themselves, so the number stays believable
  • A health dot per project, so a list of twelve is still readable
  • Every client project reachable from the company record it serves
The projects wall with nine cards and a 9 total count, among them Northwind Robotics security review, Hiring: first account executive, Coastal Analytics renewal, Harborlight diligence pack and Meridian Labs onboarding, each showing status, health, the account it serves or an Internal label, the latest update, a progress bar and its due date
Nine projects on the wall, client work labeled with the account it serves and internal work labeled Internal. The Coastal Analytics renewal is off track with one task overdue, the Harborlight diligence pack is at risk with another, and Meridian Labs onboarding is 4 of 16 done and on track, with a due date and a progress bar on every card.

Boards and briefs

The board, the list, the calendar and the brief are one project

Columns you name and color, tasks with dependencies and due dates, and a Context tab where the Context Agent keeps a brief written from what the project has actually read. Drop in a contract or a call transcript and the brief keeps up on its own.

  • Add a contract, a transcript or a note and the project context compounds
  • Scope creep surfaces as a question for you rather than a quiet overrun
  • Tasks inherit the account, so nothing floats free of the relationship
  • Board, list or calendar per project, whichever fits the work
The Meridian Labs onboarding project on its Board tab, with columns for To Do, In Progress, Waiting on client, Review and Done holding task cards with due dates, priorities, progress bars and updates
The Meridian Labs onboarding board, five columns from To Do to Done with 4 finished and 2 in Waiting on client. One of those two carries an update that the ticket is with Meridian IT, so the reason the work is paused is right on the card.

The calendar

When the date matters more than the stage, switch the view

The same tasks appear on a month view, so deadlines and deliverables sit where you expect them, and anything late is flagged where you cannot miss it.

  • One click between list, board and calendar, per project
  • Late work flagged in red, right on the day it was due
  • Due dates set in plain language when you add the task
  • The month view reads well on a phone, like the rest of the app
The Meridian Labs onboarding project on its Calendar tab for September 2026, the kickoff call on the 3rd struck through as done, three tasks on Monday the 7th and one a day through the 11th with their percent complete, then the training session booked on the 14th and run on the 21st
The same project by date. The kickoff call on September 3 is done and struck through, three tasks land on Monday the 7th and one a day follows through the 11th, each showing how far along it is, and the training session is booked for the 14th and run on the 21st.

Tasks

One list of what is actually yours

Every task in one place, whatever it hangs off: a person, a company, a deal or a project board. Overdue, today, this week and later, on your own day rather than a server somewhere. The On-Task Agent keeps the same answer current and can mail it to you each morning.

  • Project tasks and follow-ups arrive in the same list, on the same day view
  • Mine, the team, or everything, from the same three views
  • Overdue and today separated, because they call for different mornings
  • Check off anything from the list; a project task still opens on its board
The Tasks screen in three groups, Overdue with 4 tasks, Today with 2 and This week with 36, each task tagged with what it belongs to and dated on the right
Four overdue, two due today, thirty-six this week, in three groups so the morning starts with the right one. Each task carries what it belongs to, so the revised order form for Meridian sits under Ava Chen and the renewal numbers under the Coastal Analytics renewal.
